Well I had a problem with this company, having purchased a Nikon D7100 I duly had a letter from FedEx stating that I had to pay import duty and tax on this item, I sent a message to Global and they advised me to pay it which i did.
I then sent a claim using their on site form for a refund of this payment, I did not hear back, but I found they had refunded the monies back to my Visa card that i used to purchased camera on, so if you are worried don't be they are a reputable company and I would use again.
