I've never ever had such a bad online experience as my recent first (and last) booking with Expedia.
Their site is not geared up to take the required API for travel to the US, I've had to suggest to them that they take and enter it for me.
I've requested seats and while I appreciate that they are only that (requests), one of them is still showing as available for request by others.
Repeated calls to Expedia have failed to address the problem while they read from the script.
I asked today if it was possible to escalate my complaint, only for the Expedia Operator to lose the plot and point blankly refuse to do so.
I guess you only really find out about a company when you need to use their customer services, you live and learn.
