“Absolutely shocking service”

I spent £2500 ordering 3 bathrooms. I booked a courier to bring these items out to me in France 3 and a half weeks after ordering, just to make sure they would definitely be delivered in time.

1 week before the courier was due to leave the UK, he had received 1 shower enclosure. So I called to ask where all the missing items were, and was told that they would re order everything that was missing. The day before the courier's due to leave, he's received one more shower enclosure (in the wrong size), and I've spent £500 paying him to come out with 1 shower enclosure. Still missing 2 bathroom suites, 2 shower kits, 1 shower enclosure and 2 shower trays!

And even now, I've had no apology/explanation, and have wasted several hours trying to speak to someone...3 days later...I'm still in the dark as to how they're going to resolve it! NEVER AGAIN!!
