“They Make Returning Damaged online goods a...”

The item I had purchased ONLINE came damaged today. First off, it looked used; secondly, why wasn't it in a plastic bag?? Most of my purchases are made online and never have I ever received an item where it wasn't brand new or not in it's plastic bag. If this is how Zara ships their items out....I will not be buying anything online from them again. I called Zara's customer service line and was told I needed to take photo's of the damage on the item and send it to them..... After doing so...I called in again to see how long I'm supposed to wait for a response from someone there. It came damaged and I don't understand how it's my responsibility to document it....... Their customer service definitely needs work. Returns should be made easier...especially if they send you defective merchandise. Do not purchase anything from their online store...
