“Velodrome bike service”

Dear Sir, I just had to write to say how pleased I am with your shop at the velodrome. I booked an aged cycle in for a gold service, (20% discount) but was contacted two days later to say it only needed a bronze service.I mentioned to the engineer some of the bikes faults but he assured me everything would be fine. Needless to say when I collected the bike the service and repairs were fantastic! In a world where money seems to be everyone's priority it is so nice to meet a company that you can trust. Thanking you and all your staff for what you have done, I would most certainly recommend EVANS for any cycling requirements.
