I purchased one of their microwaves over a year back and recently had to contact their service centre to ask about replacement parts and such like. The person who took the call could barely understand me and it was the same for me this led to my problems going unresolved till I visited mty dealer and got the stuff sorted out. Hope their on-site technicians are better equipped to deal with customers. The product by itself is ok and I have not had a problem till date which is a good thing.
