I had a minor bump in a car park which wasn't my fault. The other driver admitted liability and I had a witness in my car who verified that the other driver was at fault.
The Cooperative wouldn't accept that I wasn't to blame (even though they are my insurers!). They told me it was a split liability and that I was liable for the damage to my car. Unbelievable!! They refused argue my case with the other insurer. Essentially they didn't want to do any work on my behalf.
I thought they would be on my side and would do something to support my case (especially as the other driver had admitted liability). Nope, they were completely uninterested in helping me. What am I paying for?
