“Be VERY wary and ask questions”

Be incredidbly wary of booking with this company. My experience was one of nothing but stress....before I travel!!

The secret to dealing with this lot is to ask questions. They do offer the cheapest deals on the internet, but by the time you add on the extra's and hidden surprises, you are just as well dealing with another company, which is more clear cut.

I booked the holiday over the phone, with no issues and found the gentleman to be more than pleasant. At the end they give you the usual terms & conditions...LISTEN very carefully and don't fall into my situation. The flights are based on 'Super Saver', which in my case meant, that instead of a direct flight (which I presumed I would have) from Glasgow to Sharm El Sheik, I was offered one from Glasgow to Luton, then Luton to Sharm..Not the most convenient. Upon not receiving any confirmation, I was forced to phone for a second time to chase on some form of receipt. I was then informed, that they couldn't get a 'Super Saver' flight back exactly 7 days later, and it would mean an overnight stay in Luton, to catch a flight back to Glasgow....19 hour lay-over!!! Not acceptable...I was then offered the Direct Flight option, at an additional £59.00 each...Additional cost, which I wasn't happy about, as at the end of the day, it wasn't my fault the 'Super Saver' wasnt available based on a seven day holiday. They eventually conceded and although I had additional cost, it was reduced to £30.00 each.

Another cost to watch out for...The £18.00 Agency Bonding Fee....They should quote....£18.00 per person for each way of the flight...An additonal £72.00.

I was also informed that my holiday included the cost of Transfers. What they didn't tell me, that because I am fortunate enough to have booked a 5 star hotel, the hotel offers this service on a complimentary basis.

So, all I will advise is, be VERY careful and ensure you ask all the right questions....especially ensure that you get the correct flight details before you hand over any card details....If that means them having to phone you back, then I strongly suggest that's what you do.

My £389.00 advertised holiday landed up costing £510.00 each, with all of the additions.

Personally, I will never deal with again, and I've booked lots of holidays over the phone, but this lot, although they give you the information....eventually....they are not very forth-coming, and when they are...it costs you more.
