“duff batteries”

I"m new to these e-cigs having given up the real thing about 8years ago. Since then I've been on nicotine gum and have not been able to break my nicotine habit. Very disappointed with e-lites the battery does not last long and the filters that are supposed to last for 30/40 cigs simply don't. I won't be buying any more of these, I'm going to try BATS product hoping it might be more reliable. Don't know what E-lites are going to do when these products are regulated and all claims have to verified- rapidly go out of business ?????
