“no after sale help”

after booking a flight, I called to ask for any additional costs ( terms and conditions ) that may have applied to my ticket purchase. I was told my flight reservation had been cancelled. I had no flight. But I had a reservation already. poor english skills and trouble followed understanding if I should have called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Following emails from smart fare confirmed the reservation. following phone calls to smart fares confirmed the reservation..........
left with bad taste in my mouth
poor english and understanding skills was a serious problem for your website
