A minor issue occurred with one of the items I ordered being out of stock. The important thing for me was that this was communicated promptly and clearly and the action to recover the situation occurred swiftly. It was my first order but I got a good impression that OutdoorGB care about their customers, even when the order value is very modest like mine was.

It's also good to see that they are keen to collect feedback that will allow them to promote but more importantly improve any aspects of their service customers are not satisfied with.
