I ordered perfume on Thursday as a gift for a party I was attending on Saturday, noting that the website states next day delivery (including Saturday) I selected and paid for this option. It's now Saturday, no parcel and I have been told that it won't be delivered until Monday! Extremely disappointing and extremely angry that I know have to go out to purchase an alternative gift for this evening. The offer of refunding the £3.99 delivery just doesn't quite make up for the appalling service received and the very misleading note on your website (and email) which states Saturday is included in next day delivery.
