“If they could work harder on the delivery service”

I've shopped on the site for twice now. The first time was wonderful, my package arrived a week after my order, I was very satisfied so I made another purchase- two pair of shoes. This time I waited much longer and you know what? I only found the shoes in front of the entrance door of my appartment instead of in my own mail box! If I wasn't lucky enough to find it, it could have been taken by anyone passing by. Moreover, the packaging is really of poor quality. They didn't even send me the shoe boxes and instead, they put those shoes in a plastic bag and then in a grey mail bag. So two plastic bags for two pair of shoes. How thoughtful for the international delivery protection! When I got the parce,the recipient address could barely be seen. And the grey bag was broken.
If that's the service I get from ASOS, I'd rather shop in private stores where they care more about the customers.
