Bought some shoes for my daughter. They were too small. Tried to return via the free home return service. It's not going well. Still no arrangement made after 3 days of request being accepted. Contacted ZARA via contact form. Reply told me to click on a link in the email. This link doesn't exist. My email stated:


We inform you that a courier will send you an e-mail within the following 24 hours to select the collection date or request a postal label. Please note that the e-mail expires in 5 working days.

In case of further queries, please contact our Customer Service through the contact form or call.


I'm not a happy customer.Feel liked i've been conned and now have to travel a very long distance to find a store.
