The item was received the day after placing the order (I went for the Royal Mail 1st class option), was well packaged and communication was great throughout the process.

Being a slightly larger chap I was wary of or ding the size stated but it is.a fantastic fit, very warm and comfortable, so good I've talked someone into buying me a different style for Christmas.
