“Outstanding Online Shop”

Wiggle seems to cop a hiding in these reviews, but my experience has been the exact opposite.

Over numbers of orders and thousands of dollars worth of goods I've never encountered a serious problem (this is over a few years now). The only issue with an order has been an item that was out-of-stock and put on back order, but since the product line ended could never be replaced. Emails to support quickly sorted the issue out, a refund was provided and alternative products obtained, also through Wiggle.

Other than that, which was partly beyond their control, every order has been delivered quickly (less than 10 days to Australia, mostly within a week) and at excellent prices. Certainly cheaper than most shops manage here.

Wiggle is one of three online stores I hit up straight away when looking for products as I know they will likely have a great range at great prices.
Constant improvements to the website have made navigation easier and products easier to find.

No hesitation in recommending them!
