“Efficient,helpful and value for money”

I saw a last min deal on Travel republic,rang them to book it.The persons on the other end of the phone were most helpful,even when I had to ring several times to alter changes to the booking.
My only gripe was,having to print out the travel documents,am not very good on printing the latter.However,I got there in the end.
After printing the travel documents,I wasn't asked for any of them:-(.
It would be helpful to tell customers ,not to worry too much about this as it is all e-documented.
I like the company we frew with,luggage allowance was great,leg room on the aircraft was a bonus,comfortable.
Thanks for arranging my holiday so smoothly-well done.
