“good at the sale, very poor on delivery”

We booked our family holiday with Barrhead. The booking process was easy however upon arrival in Malaga we found the q for car hire was 700 people with one guy on the desk. having two young children in 25 degree+ heat with a 5 hour q was no use. When speaking to other car hire people they all said this was regular on a Saturday. I spoke with Barrhead they refused any help on moving car hire companies so we booked our own and paid the additional costs.
On going to the hotel we were given no directions or full address other than the town we were staying in. Called Barrhead again who said 'call the hotel directly'!

Customer service was poor at best, we would not use this company again.
