“Terrible customer service, damaged product and no help!”

I used my new bag for 2 weeks then I noticed the stitching on the handle coming undone. I was a little disappointed but thought it can be fixed. I rang the phone number given. A women answered as if just answering her home phone no company name given when answering. I then heard a TV and other home sounds in the background not a office which I would of expected. I thought this strange but fine as long as I was able to talk to someone. She advised me to email in with my problem. I emailed in at the start of September I emailed again and I have still heard nothing it is now 20th October. For a company with supposedly such good products I am very disappointed in this service. The bag cost me £84 and now I cannot use it as the handle will come off. I can try and get it fixed myself somewhere but not really what you expect from something of this quality. I iwll not trust this company in the future.
