I ordered a TV, which was missing items on arrival. Tried every trick not to take the TV back, delays, not ringing back, putting the phone down. They couldn't provide any guarantee the missing items would be provided by the manufacture or when which was understandable their attitude and behaviour was not. Finally got the TV returned. Refused to apologise or to provide a complaints number. Do not use
