“Poor service”

I ordered a bag for my sister's birthday which never arrived and after several expensive phone calls which took over 10 mins each time for them to reply and having to reorder and pay for the bag 3 times, my sister still hasn't had her bag after over 3 weeks. Customer services have been rude and uncaring. I will never order through joules again and caution anyone else against it. Just horrid and there are better ways to spend our time and money.
