“excellent holiday!!! But transfers were let down.”

Recently travelled with Super escapes to Lanzarote. The flights and apartments were exactly what we expected but unfortunately we were let down by the transfer companyl. On arrival at the airport we went to their desk and were told to wait outside till someone came for us. half an hour later we were still there. when I queried this I was told that as we had booked a shuttle it would be at least another half hour . As we knew the staff at our apartment block were staying on late to book us in we decided to take a taxi. The return journey was just as bad.The receptionist phoned up for us 24 hours before and we were given a pick up place and time. We arrived at the pick up point on time and waited for over half an hour with no sign of any bus. Again we took a taxi too the airport. Apart from the extra cost this was very frustrating and could have resulted in us missing our flight if we had not found our own way there. I feel Super escapes should be reviewing the company they use for transfers.I certainly would not book transfers with them again. But I would come back to Super escapes for my future hols.
