“Experiencing a few ups and downs with delivery!”

I bought a navy bright red classic kanken and it was being sent to another country instead of my country, so immediately ilovemykanken re-directed the bag to my country and even sent another one to me to make sure nothing happens again. The only thing that displeased me was the delivery as it went to the wrong country and thus resulting in me having to wait for around 3 weeks for my bag! However, their service is still awesome as they sent another one to me in case the original bag goes missing so overall I'm happy with it.
