“I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy”

Well, where to start.

They did get me one interview, however the feedback from that was lacklustre at best. After numerous attempts to chase them up I gave up, but I though I would give them a second chance.... oh how I was wrong!

It seemed like all they do is promote jobs and then send out a mass mail merge email, they really don't like responding to emails... I'm guessing that they prefer a fax machine. If you try to pop in then you get refereed to email.

Overall it looks like this firm is more interested in their image than actually working as a recruitment agency. I would avoid them at all costs as they are more adapt at getting their staff to write fake reviews on google+.
