I've been with Cahoot for more years than I care to remember and I've loved using it - but recently I've been locked out of my account by 'General System Errors', screens that tell me laptop is not accepting cookies and so my session has been terminated and a phone service that is permanently in a loop rather than allowing me to carry out transactions.
Last time I was locked out I got to speak to someone who advised me to clear my cache and it did work - but this time I've cleared my cache, checked my cookie setting and tried loggin in via 2 other devices - all without success. On top of this I've been sent an email saying a charge has been placed on my account for an unauthorised transaction when my account is showing as being in credit for the last 2 months. It's the last straw..
