“Untrustworthy poor customer services ”

We booked for a holiday to turkey to the tropicana at olo deniz and requested that we had a room that was suitable for my wife who is recovering from a broken leg .when we arrived we found that that we we're allocated a attic room with what only can be discribed as a ladder to the room. Despite super escapes assuring that this had been done . The room was disgusting
And had all ready been rejected by a previous couple. The hotel refused to move us say that was what we booked however they would upgrade us for Acosta of £108.00 we had no choice but to pay the previous couple had to pay £158.00 to upgrade also a super escapes customer £266.00 for a room that was not used after and the workmen when in the day after
The rep and I use the term loosely employed buy super escapes was more interested in selling trips that helping with customer problems, the customer services department os super escapes were suddenly covered in Teflon and sain that it was not their fault despite the emails that I have saying otherwise not to put a too finer point on it they left us with our backsides hanging in the the breeze and could not give a dam about it .
