“Stay away....use someone else!”

STAY AWAY!!! The worst mistake was trying to unlock my Q10 with them vs. a ebay reseller I sent in my Q10 info and money a week ago and didn't hear back from them for 2-3 days until I started a Paypal dispute and then all they say was their server have ran into issues BS. For my case it was advertised 1-12 hours for the unlocking, and we are now coming in almost 1 week and counting....I was going away for vacation so instead of bringing my q10 with me I ended up buy a prepaid phone while away to stay connected... Stay away!!!

Would give zero star if possible
