I filled everything in and and pressed the button to get quotes when it instantly said an error had occurred, all the details were lost and the only option was to start again. I found another option - went to moneysupermarket.com and had no trouble whatsoever - with lower prices than gocompare or comparethemarket. Will avoid confused.com in the future - their name pretty well sums them up.
