“Company good. transfer company not so good”

Easy to book, good updates, no problems. The only issue was our flight was delayed 4 hours and the transfer company refused to come later to collect us even though we gave 6 hrs notice!!!! had to sit in airport all taht time. Free meal offered!!- (2 stale baps & a carton of apple juice)!!! not good enough. the people who booked direct with thomas cook and other companies got to stay the extra time in the hotel with their all inclusive drinks and food.
