“Good value sports nutrition, bad customer service”

Echoing the thoughts of a few of the other reviews on here, I think Myprotein offer good quality and very good value sports nutrition supplements. I order two supplements from them - L Glutamine powder and Omega 3 capsules. I do this because they are the best value supplier I can find, as when it comes to supplements for my sport I have a somewhat limited budget. The products seem of good quality and have certainly helped my performance targets.

However - and its a big however - their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I've ordered from them three times, and twice my delivery has been late. When I phoned to check the status, they couldn't give me any tracking information. If they sorted out this side of the business, they'd be on to a winner.

If you do order from them, make sure you order your products with plenty of time before you need them. Don't order next day delivery either - as it won't come next day!
