The worst broadband company ever, terrible customer service, all they do is run you around in circles trouble shooting the same procedures , nothing gets fixed. Connection drops ever 2 min, and its like this for days with no help from sky. Im going to report them to ofcom, they are taking peoples money and not providing a service. They also tricked me into a contract, they said if I got a new router the problem would be fixed, but in return I would be getting into a new 12 month contract. Guess what, new router same problem. I will be getting out of the contract hell or high water. Stay away from sky, im serious they are BAD BAD BAD.
