“lack of contact”

I booked a holiday to crete online, i contacted Olympic via email about what excursion they could offer while i was on holiday, after about 10 emails i finally got one back saying they they don't have that information in the UK

I find it really had to believe that head office cant supply this information

so we had to wait until we got to the hotel before we could budget for any trips


we arrived at Crete airport and was given bus detail, no REP on the bus
the information they gave us for WELCOME drink was in another RESORT

information at hotel was basically just a phone number

after 3 attempts to get the REP she arrived with just basic information on trips, just ONE PAGE

why could this not be emailed prior to our trip

she advised that the hotel wasn't a visit hotel so we should have contacted them on arrival
surely in a service industry they should contact US

so if you want trips i would say use a local travel agent as soon as you get there



the hotel was good, staff were excellent the food a little repetitive

i wont be booking with Olympic holidays again
