Ordered a groupset for my bike. Cranks came mixed, one XT, one SLX. It took MONTHS till they replaced the wrong part. I spent a lot of time emailing them and phoning them and were totally irresponsive. I even went to their "shop" in London (from OXford) to see what's was wrong after a few months of having nothing as an answer. That was not a proper shop and I found the staff working there not very knowledgeable about bikes.
Never will use them again. My worst experience ever buying on line.
This was in 2011.
