“Customer Service Response to Complaints”

Sold airport trasfers with the flight and hotel booking but failed to advsie that there was no option to drop or pick up fromout hotel. Long hill, pitch black and no clear direction on how to get to the hotel at drop off and expected to go back up the long hill with 20K cases in 85 degrees heat for the return pick up. cancelled and took a taxi, notified jet2 UK in advance and emailed on my return. Auto reply with follow up in 28 days. 32 days later nothing abck from them even after further emals from me. Very poor handling any complaint. All I am looking for is my money back for the return airport transfer as I paid for a taxi abnd had notfied them in good time. Very poor customer service !
