“Example of inefficiency”

Just submitted an application. As already mentioned by some other users I've been asked to reach a branch and show my ID. I ask for a 3 hour permission from work, I go there, waste 3 hours, show them ID and proof of address. After a few days nothing happens. I try to contact them and after waiting hours at the phone I manage to talk with a rude guy who tells me that they did not receive anything (despite having called them when we sent the fax and confirmed the receipt of everything). So then I ask for another permission, I waste other 3 hours, I do everything all over again. After a few days nothing happens. So again I contact them and they are not activating my account because in my proof of address there is no apartment number. So basically they have a copy of my passport and a proof that I leave in a certain building but they tell me that it's not enough and I need to show them also the apartment number. And there are only 2 apartments in my building. So after I waste other 3 hours of my time what would be the issue? Want to know where my bedroom is? I guess they will keep the curiosity as I just opened an account with a serious provider. I've been told that IWEB was cheap for a reason, now I can see why
