“Poor Communication!”

Poor communication with third party bookings. I booked and paid for 2 double rooms. Only one had been allocated. I rang Travel Republic numerous times (the week before my travel date) to be told that they were dealing with it. After being on hold for 25 minutes waiting to speak to someone (the day before I travelled) I was then told that the Manager would be calling me back that evening. Needless to say that they never did. They did finally call me back an hour after the Travelodge had already dealt with the issue. What should have been an enjoyable night away turned out to be very stressful. There was no need. Very poor communication and I doubt very much I would recommend or use you again!
