“worst customer service ever!!!!”

Ordered a programmable climber. Estimated delivery time 4-6 weeks. 2 months later still waiting after a day and a half lost work time. First delivery slot, i shouldnt have been told as it hadnt gone out for delivery. Second slot, well they dont actually deliver on a saturday. Third attempt, it'll be with you first thing. 8 o clock they rang to say they would be 6 and a half hours. Had to book more time off. They rang again to say it would be 2.45pm. At 3 o clock they rang to say it would be another hour, when i complained that i had rushed home, i was told that they couldnt help the traffic. Orginally they offered me £200 from their website, but had i of known all the hassle of getting my orginal order i would have cancelled it. I will not be ordering anything else from them or recommend them to my friends.
