I have used the site on several occasions and find it useful and simple to operate. It is not always possible to find a hotel exactly where you would like it but if you choose to book late rather than early you have to accept this. The site is easy to operate and if you need more details about an aspect of your prospective hotel you have the information on screen to allow you to contact the hotel directly. I have only used the site for overnight or short stays so have been prepared to accept slight shortcomings which really don't matter for a couple of nights. Overall I think the site fulfils the job it sets out to do.
