Have used quite a few times as I book my rooms at the weekend using Trivago for the coming week. I stay in hotels at least 3 nights a week, every week. My colleagues, 14, do the same.
EVERY SINGLE HOTEL BOOKED THROUGH THEM HAS NOT BEEN AS ADVERTISED!
This company obviously pays little attention to detail and does not ensure what they advertise is correct. The typical, "let's take the money" attitude.
Further, even if you try and cancel more than 24 hours in advance, they take the full charge. "Please read our T&C's", let's face it who reads that 99% of the time. Their customer service is also arrogant.
None of my employees are allowed to use this company, period, and I will even spend money to advertise how poor they are, I feel that strongly about another "service" ripping off the British consumer.
