“Never fail to provide great support”

I run several domains and web sites using 123-reg hosting. From time to time I need help and support as it's not my main job function by any means. I use the live chat support which is excellent and talking to the support team at 123-reg has always resolved my problem in a very short space of time. They always seem to know what's wrong and sort it out quickly and painlessly. As someone who has used dozens of web-based services (and ran a support dept in the past myself) I can honestly say that 123-reg support is the best I have come across.
