Following difficulties with the Post Office re the delivery of my order, the service from this company was superb. Following a minimsl delivery charge for a very heavy parcel, the label had come off & the P.O charged me for unpaid delivery. The company refunded me this charge very promptly & accepted the responsibilty of sorting the matter out with Royal Mail. Very impressed by helpful,friendly, prompt & efficient service. Will definitely use again.
