Hired a van via their website. It was not at the depot when I arrived to collect it, the van hire place had no record but instead through goodwill pulled another van in for me to use but I had to return it in a couple of hours instead of 24hrs I'd paid for. Easycar blamed the van hire place as they are just the broker, nonsense. Argued the contract was with them and not the van centre used, they refused to give any money back, refused to give me any directors names etc. I think they are very used to complaints. Absolute rubbish.
