My order contained an item that was not on stock. Tredz communicated this and offered to send the items on stock first, which arrived in time.
When the remaining item arrived, I was again contacted that it is being sent.
Unfortunately, the item did not arrive. After about two weeks, I contacted Tredz. We assumed that the item was lost in transit, which is - knowing local post service - very much possible. Tredz offered options again: refund or replacement. As I still needed the part, I opted for replacement, which was sent by tracked delivery this time.
Big thumbs up to Tredz for handling this issue in this manner.
And big thanks to the person who was my contact person and who always gave prompt replies and who made all the efforts to get the parts to me.
