“Inept & dishonest”

Visited their Sunderland office to formally register 2 years ago. Was told to my face they had a suitable vacancy soon available in my local area & that my cv was impressive.
A few weeks later I heard nothing whatsoever, had no replies to any of my emails & couldn't get to speak to the consultant on the phone. Never heard anything from them ever since though am supposed to be still registered.
There is more chance of me finding a unicorn, a griffin & a minotaur in my garden then getting a job through these muppets. And that's being unkind to muppets!!.
