“Wrong cost for breakfast”

On booking my accommodation at Brittannia Country House Manchester and Britannia Hotel Stockport. I noted that if I booked via the Laterooms site the breakfast would be al least 50% cheaper.

When I confirmed the booking I was charged the full fee for breakfast not the reduced price as stated at the time of choosing the accommodation.

Why does this happen?
