“NO Customer support”

I went on and found a good price for my car insurance with Flux Direct, I paid my deposit then to my shock I had a text telling me to phone them. Then telling me they can't insure me unless I change my employment what they are saying you can not be insured if you are retired.but they had already give me the quote and taken my money so they changed me to house husband and put the price up, when I paid again then got the email I so disagreed with the terms and conditions so I canceled the policy within one hour of being on the phone to them. They ignored me for a few day however when I sent another recorded delivery to confirm in writing as well as the email I sent to the. I was contacted to be told they was charging me and will only give me £13 and surly I should be entitled to a full refund. When contacted the confused was told I had changed my details this is why they have the right to charge me, so has closed the complaint, so what I am saying about if anything goes wrong they will not support you and some of the insurance company's they deal with are not honest. Sorry you are a major let down...
