“Nervous choosing a new travel provider”

It is tough choosing a new online travel provider. Everyone has horror stories from probably every provider in the world. But at some point you need to choose. I was on the phone with another provider who was giving me much more expensive options than I was seeing on the netflights website. That in itself made me a bit nervous, but I booked our multipoint trip to the States in 6 months time. A lot of time for things to go wrong.

However, I ended up being pleasantly surprised. I received an email with PDFs of all our relevant documents immediately. Whenever the airline made a small change to the arrival times, it was 6 months out, we received updated information. Just before we left I checked the flight times again and everything seemed to be in order. We made our way to the airport and I am happy to say that every leg of the trip went smoothly.

I will use Netflights again.
