“beware hotels if late to arrive in las vagas”

After being delayed for 24hrs we eventually left Heathrow to go to Las Vagas .Great flight.Crew and flight could not have gone better.On carrival at the hotel we went to check in.Great confusion we were not on the register.The had given our rooms up.Lucky I had all my papers with me.We were eventually given our rooms only when we asked to speak to the duty manager .The Tropicana Hotel is a great hotel,but bad policy to give up rooms only after 24hrs when it is 3days grace.By the way the rooms had been paid for in advance
