“good prices. awlful attention to detail”

travel with these last two year as very good price but are tranfers where awful never turned up had to get taxi at last minute and pay for it out of are own pocket almost missing flights.. found staff rude and hard to deal with.. as for holiday and resort was amazing and we got good deal but after that i would say everything else was a miss even meeting up with are rep she was never there and spend hrs waiting on her the first day of are holiday and the year berfore she never even turned up!!
