“Watch out when dealing with mycarinspections”

I did the request over the internet and all appeared ok, purchased the BMW from Promotive in South Wales. Went to trade in the vehicle a year later only to find it had outstanding finance with BMW UK. I contacted the inspection company by recorded delivery for an explanation and to date I have had no reply to my query. I contacted the garage who did not show any interest either. I resolved the matter by contacting the owner from new and they kindly took up the matter with BMW and it was resolved. Mycarinspections and Promotive showed poor customer service in not making any efforts. The inspection engineer did a fair and honest job, but he is only contracted to undertaken that element.
